Working with us is easy.

Are you a new customer? Here’s what you can expect at every step of production. Need more guidance or have a question? Call us at 773.478.3033.

  1. Contact us about your project.

    Phone, fax, email or contact us online. Provide the physical dimensions and quantities, colors, paper, finishing and binding information. We do our best to respond to all inquiries promptly.

  2. Expect a prompt response.

    Our attention to customers takes priority. If a quote is requested, it will be customized to your project – clear, concise and itemized. We work hard to economize for our customers. Whenever possible, we recommend options to produce the job with minimal waste.

  3. Submit artwork.

    To expedite your job, provide artwork at the start. Our preferred format is a press-ready PDF, along with a packaged InDesign file compressed into a .zip file, and uploaded to our FTP. Artwork can be emailed to us if the file is under 10 megabytes. We can work with virtually any file format, so if you don't use InDesign, we've got you covered. Need custom artwork? We can do that.

  4. See the big picture.

    We process your files through our pre-press software and will email you a proof in PDF format. This step allows you to review and make changes before production begins. If needed, physical proofs can be supplied for an additional charge.

  5. Production begins.

    Once you have approved your proof, your job goes to press. When the project requires a short turnaround, we strive to meet the demands of your schedule.

  6. Finishing the job right.

    After printing, the job is completed with binding, finishing and delivery. We ship locally, overnight and wordwide. Need to have it sooner? Let us know, and we'll expedite your shipping or you can pick up your order from our Orland Park location. Invoices are sent on completion by mail or, if preferred, PDF email.
